1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "playjl," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the playjl platform accessible at playjl.ws.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with or uses the services of playjl.
• "Platform" refers to the playjl website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and gaming services accessible through playjl.ws.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the playjl platform following successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a player's playjl account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱), including real-money funds and any eligible bonus credits separately designated as such.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded to a player's account, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity verification process required by playjl prior to processing withdrawals and in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Gaming Activity" refers to any wager, bet, game round, or participation in any game, sport betting market, or live casino table offered on the playjl platform.
• "Prohibited Activity" refers to any action defined as prohibited under Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Philippine Peso" or "₱" refers to the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the sole currency in which playjl accounts are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the playjl platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full.
• You accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• You are accessing the playjl platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and playjl. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account if one has been registered.

3 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions must be satisfied to register and maintain an active playjl account:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and non-human actors are not permitted to hold accounts or engage in gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited at the time of each session.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the playjl platform or on any other gaming platform with which playjl shares exclusion data.
• You must not have had a previous playjl account closed for fraud, abuse, terms violation, or regulatory non-compliance.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a playjl employee or contractor, unless prior written authorization has been granted by playjl management.

playjl reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be verified to playjl's satisfaction.

4 Account Registration and KYC

4.1 Registration

To use the gaming services available on playjl, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and as may be required at other points during your use of the platform, playjl will request documentation to verify your identity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and Philippine regulatory requirements. KYC documentation may include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys national ID, or voter's ID).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months).
• Proof of the payment method used to make deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name and mobile number).
• Any additional documentation that playjl's compliance team may reasonably require to complete the verification process.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by playjl will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. playjl reserves the right to withhold processing of withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on the playjl platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, playjl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, including winnings and bonus funds, pending further investigation.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your playjl account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) generated during the login or verification process.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your playjl account, including family members.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your playjl account and update it regularly.
• You must notify playjl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, or if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised.

playjl will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or through any customer support channel. Any communication purporting to request your playjl password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

playjl shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to your playjl account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is registered to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. playjl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and QR Ph bank transfers. All deposit amounts are credited and held in Philippine Peso (₱).

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. playjl reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the playjl account holder. playjl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods. Before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied.
• Your account must be in good standing with no pending investigations or restrictions.

Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one to four business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days depending on interbank processing schedules. playjl is not responsible for delays attributable to the player's bank or e-wallet provider.

6.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions on playjl are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). playjl does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which playjl accepts no responsibility.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

playjl is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Deposits may not be made for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity. playjl reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities. Withdrawals of deposited funds that have not been subjected to meaningful gaming activity may be subject to review and delay.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

playjl offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not immediately withdrawable. They must first meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wager value; live casino, baccarat, and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• playjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time, subject to not materially disadvantaging players who are actively completing existing wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim promotions, using technical exploits, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

8 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the playjl platform — including live casino games, slot titles, sports betting markets, bingo, and Dragon Tiger — are governed by the specific game rules displayed within each game interface or betting market. These game-specific rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered on a range of events including PBA games, NBA matches, international football leagues, UFC fight cards, and boxing events. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, playjl's determination — made in good faith and referencing official sources — shall be final.

8.2 Live Casino

Live casino games including baccarat, Dragon Tiger, blackjack, and roulette are operated in real time by live dealers. Results are determined by physical outcomes (e.g., card draws, roulette wheel spins) and are final once declared by the dealer. Technical malfunctions during a live game round will be handled in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy.

8.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round or wager, playjl reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wager amount to the player's account. No additional compensation will be payable in such circumstances. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the playjl platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the playjl platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with playjl's games, betting markets, or platform interfaces.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name, or facilitating third-party funding of your account.
• Using the playjl platform to launder money or to engage in any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Accessing the playjl platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other method designed to conceal your true location or identity.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times.
• Using the playjl platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate or providing tipping or advisory services based on playjl markets.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward playjl staff, dealers, or other players through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

playjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player well-being. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be increased after a mandatory review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of your active session duration at defined intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary break from gaming of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the playjl platform at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and without question.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the playjl platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of playjl or its licensed content providers and game suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the playjl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the playjl platform.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any playjl content or software.
• Use any playjl trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine any part of the playjl platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game engine used on the platform.

Any unauthorized use of playjl's intellectual property may constitute a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, playjl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the playjl platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Interruptions to gaming services resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party outages, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that contains errors or inaccuracies.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• Any losses arising from game malfunctions where the applicable malfunction policy has been applied in accordance with these Terms.

playjl's aggregate liability to any player, to the extent liability is not otherwise excluded, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

playjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and maintenance.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and gaming activity.
• Compliance with KYC, anti-money laundering, and other regulatory obligations.
• Customer support and dispute resolution.
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention where required.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact playjl's customer support team to attempt an informal resolution of any dispute. playjl commits to responding to formal written dispute submissions within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

playjl operates in line with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the framework administered by PAGCOR. Regulatory complaints relating to playjl's licensed gaming operations may be directed to the appropriate PAGCOR regulatory channel.

15 Amendments to These Terms

playjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations as a player — playjl will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account or through an in-platform notification displayed upon your next login.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication on the platform.

Your continued use of the playjl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with standard account closure procedures.
